The corner-stone of the new residential neighborhood was laid on October 3, 2012.
The stone-laying ceremony and a press conference for journalists were attended by the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region Valery Shantsev, the Head of Nizhny Novgorod Oleg Sorokin, the Head of Nizhny Novgorod city Administration Oleg Kondrashov and General Director of “Stolitsa Nizhny” Group Oleg Golovko.
“Tsvety” Residential Complex is the largest project of integrated development in Nizhny Novgorod. It will include 26 houses with almost 4,500 apartments built in ecologically clean environment on the territory of 69 ha. The total area of the residential neighborhood will exceed 300,000 sq.m. The complex will house over 11,000 residents. According to the plan the residential buildings will be completed every two months, starting in June 2013. The development project is expected to be completed in December, 2016.
All the houses will be constructed with use of high quality materials. The apartments will be completed on a "turnkey" basis. The design of the apartments will be similar to those of “Sedmoye Nebo” Residential Complex.
All the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable living in the district will be created from the ground: two kindergartens, school, shopping center, two-level garage complex, fitness center.
Landscaping and tree planting in the new neighborhood is an integral part of the project. Transport infrastructure of the district will be developed as well.
