The apartment building with underground parking space is located on Minina Street in Nizhegorodsky district of Nizhny Novgorod. It represents a unique example of how contemporary architecture can be integrated into historic environment of the city. The main facades of the building are facing Minina Street and Semashko Street. It was the first residential building in Nizhny Novgorod to have a ventilated facade made of ceramic granite. The building is constructed with use of thermally insulated Sch?co glazing. It is equipped with ThyssenKrupp high-speed elevators which are available from the underground two-level car park. The apartment building has its own green yard.
