In 2015 on the bank of the Oka River near Komsomolskaya Square “Stolitsa Nizhny” Group began constructing a large-scale residential complex “Akvamarin” (“Aquamarine”) consisting of eight residential buildings with 23 and 25 floors and complete transport and social infrastructure, similar to a previously created in the neighborhood “Sedmoye Nebo”.

The total space of the new neighborhood’s residential group will be over 82,000 sq.m. with 1 700 apartments. The residential complex is to be completed in 2018.

In compliance with the standards of “Stiolitsa Nizhny” Group, the houses are constructed with use of the most up-to-date technology and materials. All the apartments of “Akvamarin” residential complex are delivered on a turnkey basis.

One of the features of the new district will be its unique location — this is the first in Nizhny Novgorod full residential complex built on the banks of the Oka River. On the other hand, the houses will be built in close proximity to a major city squares and the bridge across the Oka River, connecting the upper and lower parts of Nizhny Novgorod. Nearby there is the city’s largest highway junction, which is a knot of the roads leading to all districts of Nizhny Novgorod, as well as the airport and the railway station. There is a large shopping center and hypermarket of household appliances on the square next to the apartment complex.

Integrated landscaping of the territory under construction will be a part of the project. Multi-floor parking, service businesses, shops will be created as well for the convenience of the residents.
